A new office in Hasselt, Belgium formed by a globally spread franchise with 70+ locations across Europe born with a dedication to only one objective - empowering people to take control of their future through building their business, with the development through the different programs and the network that out organisation offers.

The confidence to guarantee results for your career through our organisations' network, programs and all sorts of development, comes from the dedication to grow our own business - you might go: "huh, they just talked about our development, now they're talking about their own business", yes that's exactly what we said. The catch is, our business doesn't grow if we don't develop other people. Because we can do a lot, but running 10 offices at the same time is a little too much and that's our goal: expand, inspire and leave a long-lasting legacy.​

So basically we need people to grow, which makes this business a win-win for everyone involved with the right focus and mindset.

We know you’re probably expecting paragraphs about how great we are. But here’s a twist: we’re one of the biggest face-to-face marketing organizations—yet here we are, introducing ourselves online. Ironic, right? We’re not huge fans of doing this through a screen; ideally, we’d love to present who we are in an in-depth—face to face, live presentation at our location. But for now, here’s a quick idea of what we’re all about.

Our recruitment process is unique. Because we’re not looking for candidates with specific degrees or years of experience in the field. What truly matters to us is your mindset, work ethic, and commitment. With the right attitude, we believe anything is achievable, especially with the development opportunities we provide.

Here’s how it works: first, we start with an initial virtual appointment. Strange for a face-to-face organization, we know! But we find it’s a more efficient way to get a first impression of each other—something no CV filled with credentials can replace.

If we’re a match based on that first conversation, we’ll invite some ‘qualified’ candidates to a second, in-person meeting at our office. This is where you’ll get answers to all your questions and experience the energy of our team and workspace firsthand.
